The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and a spacious room. We enjoyed the beautiful deck for watching sunsets and the convenient location, just off the main street with easy access to restaurants on State St. Parking was also easy in the nearby beach lot. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The value for money was good, especially considering the high prices in this city.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view. We appreciated the free parking and the great location, as it was very close to downtown Santa Barbara on State St. We also loved that the hotel provided bicycles for guests to use, which allowed us to explore the city easily.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The owner greeted us warmly and made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, with a quirky touch that we enjoyed. The sun deck was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy our meals and drinks. We appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that we had free access to bikes all day. The location was perfect, right on a bustling street with plenty of shops and restaurants. We were also able to easily explore the nearby Mission/Rose Garden and parks.
Almost perfect, but there was some noise from the construction happening across the street. We recommend requesting a room away from the street to minimize any disturbance.
